Americon does not have an established dealer program for resellers of its products. In lieu of that, we have established a "Project Identification Program." For identifying projects and representing Americon's products and services to your clients, we will pay a generous fee.
How it works:
The Agent must:
- Fill out the project I.D. application form that identifies the company and project.
- Supply all information on the requirements and needs of the client.
- Take back and explain to the client all Americon supplied questionnaires, proposals, drawings and sales material.
- Close the order.
Americon:
- Upon receiving the project I.D. application, Americon will notify you on status of your registration. (Whether the project is new or has been registered previously by someone else)
- If the project has not been previously registered, Americon will create an exclusive project representation contract with you. Only one (1) ID registered agent will be accepted per project on a first come basis.
- Americon will prepare all questionnaires, quotations, drawings and literature to be presented by the representative to the client.
- If Americon is awarded a contract, we will pay to the representative a commission of 10% of the products sold.
- If you choose to have our staff go forward to secure closure from the point of identification, we will pay you a commission of 5%.
Requirements:
- Employees of the Project Company and their relatives are not eligible to register a project or collect representation fees.
- Agent's can not represent or sell lines that compete with the manufacturer's products on any registered project.
- Americon must bill the client directly.
Benefits:
- The agent does not have to qualify financially for a buy/sell agreement.
- The agent does not have to carry the project financially.
- The agent does not have to spend the time necessary to prepare a first rate presentation.
- The agent, once registered, doesn't compete with other Americon representatives.
- The money is good and the products will help you make inroads into the largest companies in the world.
