The Network Operations Center is filled with 46 cherry wood workstations that are designed specifically for use with both CRT displays and flat-panel monitors. These workstations are configured to house one display along with manual storage behind acrylic doors. Each workstation includes an adjustable monitor well, dimmable task lighting, articulating keyboard trays, bezel faceplates with optically-coated glass lenses, steel support frame, J-track cable management, power strip, exhaust fans, adjustable glides and 360 degree hermetic cocoon.

Ten 80" rear-projection VISIONMASTER systems were provided that utilizied Display Devices mirror frames, Da-Lite first surface mirrors, Stewart high-gain rear projection screens and Barco's Helios high-resolution 24 x 7 LCD projectors with short throw lenses.

The Cyber Center contains an additional forty-two library workstations that monitor a video wall consisting of seven high resolution 67" video projection cubes. The video cubes were picked rather than more rear projection systems due to the lack of space available in the Cyber center projection room. A complex control system for audio, video, lights, video conferencing and tele-conferencing for all five rooms in this complex.

Mission critical conference rooms mirror each other at either end of the complex. Five separate control panels allow all systems to be controlled from any room. Conference rooms contain Lutron lighting, Conference Technology Group (CTG) video/teleconferencing sound systems, Altinex video and audio switchers and interfaces.
